​How Do I Place an Order?

 

Once you have chosen your item and your credit card has been approved, you will receive an email confirming your order from us. 
 

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.

 

For items that are made to order or pre-order, please allow an estimated 6-10 weeks for delivery. This will be agreed prior to ordering, please email info@charlottvasberg.com for further details of special orders.

 

Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email and your order will be dispatched from our head office in Stockholm by a courier service such as Fedex or Post Nord.

 

A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Free of charge for items over 1250 kr.

 

Items below 1250 kr:

Post Nord 3-5 Day’s, 150 kr.

Fedex 2-5 Day’s, 225 kr.

 

Europe Delivery:

Item will be delivered by Fedex, please email info@charlottvasberg.com for your specific country, cost, delivery time.

 

Please allow 5-7 days for your delivery.

 

Rest of the world:

 

We are happy to deliver the parcel to your door where ever you might live 😊

MOMS/VAT, DUTIES AND TAXES:


All prices include Moms/VAT.

Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes for items delivered outside EU.

We try our best to represent every product photo as accurately as possible, however some colours may vary depending on your screen resolution. 

Due to the nature of leather, each individual item may contain natural imperfections which are part of the characteristic of the material and not a defect. If you have any inquiries, please email us at info@charlottvasberg.com and we will assist you as best we can 😊

 

Returns & Refunds:

If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Charlott Vasberg offers full refunds excluding delivery costs and any international duties & taxes when a return is made within 14 days of delivery.

 

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Charlott Vasberg and may only be refunded as a store credit. 

 

Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect resale-able condition and in its original packaging, including dustbags and / or presentation box.

 

You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service.

 

All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice and return I.D number, please email info@charlottvasberg.com for your unic ID return number and further information on returns.

 

Exchange:

 

Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.
