​How Do I Place an Order?


Once you have chosen your item and your credit card has been approved, you will receive an email confirming your order from us. 

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.


For items that are made to order or pre-order, please allow an estimated 6-10 weeks for delivery. This will be agreed prior to ordering, please email for further details of special orders.


Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email and your order will be dispatched from our head office in Stockholm by a courier service such as Fedex or DHL.


A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping & Delivery:


Free of charge for items over 1250 kr.

Items below 1250 kr:

DHL 2-5 Day’s, 70 kr.


Europe Delivery:

Item will be delivered by Fedex/DHL, please email for your specific country cost if it does not show up on your buying page.


Please allow 5-7 days for your delivery.


Rest of the world:


We are happy to deliver the parcel to your door where ever you might live 😊

We try our best to represent every product photo as accurately as possible, however some colours may vary depending on your screen resolution.

Products made from plated 18k Hamilton gold or 925 Silver Sterling plated brass.

Metal surface's can be delicate and may wear a little when worn over time.

Please do not wear our jewllery while in shower, swimming or during exercise. Spray perfume and or hairspray prior putting on your brass jewellery as chemicals in beauty sprays may damage the plating on gold or silver plated brass.

Returns & Refunds:

If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Charlott Vasberg offers full refunds excluding delivery costs and any international duties & taxes when a return is made within 14 days of delivery.


Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Charlott Vasberg and may only be refunded as a store credit. 


Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect resale-able condition and in its original packaging, including dust bags and / or presentation box.


You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service.


All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice and return I.D number, please email for your unic ID return number and further information on returns.




Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.
