How Do I Place an Order?
Once you have chosen your item and your credit card has gone through, you will receive an email confirming your order from us.
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.
For items that are made to order or pre-order, please allow an estimated 6-10 weeks for delivery. This will be agreed prior to ordering, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details of special orders.
Once your order is ready, you will be notified by email and your order will be dispatched from our head office in Stockholm by a courier service such as Fedex/DHL or post nord.
A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

DHL 2-5 Day’s, 50kr-70 kr.
Item will be delivered by Fedex/DHL or post nord, please email email@example.com for your specific country cost if it does not show up on your buying page.

Products made from plated 18k Hamilton gold or 925 Silver Sterling plated brass.
Metal surface's can be delicate and may wear a little when worn over time.
Please do not wear our jewelry while in shower, swimming or during exercise. Spray perfume and or hairspray prior putting on your brass jewelry as chemicals in beauty sprays may damage the plating on gold or silver plated brass.

Returns & Refunds:
All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice and return I.D number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your unique ID return number and further information on returns.
If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Charlott Vasberg offers full refunds excluding delivery costs and any international duties & taxes when a return is made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns outside the 14 days timeframe will not be accepted.
If Charlott Vasberg would decide to accept a return outside the time frame we would only offer a store credit.
Returns: If you are returning swimwear. Please do not remove the hygiene sticker at the bottom. If this is removed, we cannot accept your return. Always try on with panties/underwear under. Please note do not try on swimwear with any newly applied body lotion/deo or similar products on the body since it easily transfers to the inside lining and outer fabric. Returns that has marks like this or any other marks will not be accepted.
For all products: We do not accept returns that has been used or goods that are received in a none re-sell able condition. Keep all original labels and packaging/ dust bags and or presentation boxes.
Unclaimed parcels and parcels not collected from post offices will be subject to extra charges that occurs from it. This will be on a case to case fee, depending on what service was used and what country the item was shipped to.
You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.
